Yf Series Hank Yarn Dyeing Machine

MAIN FEATURES
Suitable for dyeing of high class hank yarn like Dacron,snow Neil,high counts mercerized cotton,mercerized wool,cashmere,Cotton yarn and acrylic.
Full filling design,the maximum work temperature is 108ºC.
Liquor ratio can be as low as 1:16 circulation frequency increases and make the dyeing effect better,in the mean time,energy can be saved.
Configure frequency conersion control circulation pump of high efficiency and utilize distributor equipment of unique design.It precisely controls the dye in the vat to flow equably and get the best dyeing effect.
The vat body is made from high erosion resistant stainless plate and if is durable,the upper and lower part of the vat are all equipped with heat exchanger to keep the temperature in the vat constant.

The machine body which bring into contact with dye liquor is made of high quality anti-corrosion stainless steel.
Equipped with high efficiency and great flow rate axial flow pump.
Main pump is control of the frequency conversion.
Full automatic computer controlled water inlet,water quantity,temperature reducing and discharge of water.
Expanging vat with static pressure pump.
Feeding,mixing,water inlet and heating system of paint barrel.
The whole machine is equipped with many sets of safe operating equipment.
