MAIN FEATURES1,DF241D model ECO high Temperature Coe Dyeing Mahine is suitblle for dyeing and bleaching all kinds od nature,chemical fiber and it's blended yarn,such as cotton,polyester cotton blend,polyester,acrylic,jute etc.
2,Extremely low liqor ratio of 1:3+,it can save a lot of additive,water,electricity and steam,and shorten the dyeing time.
3,New deigned spring heat excharger,it can fully utilize the heat,so that improve the heating speed and its useful life.
4,Single cycle dyeing method,it saves the exchange time of pump reverse and inverse circulation.
5,Special designed spindele,it reduce the dyeing liquor volume inside the spindle,so that reduce the liqor ratio.
6,High lift and big flow centrifugal pump,sepless controlled by inverter,it can intelligent automatic regulation the yarn inside and outside pressure difference,enform the uniform dyeing for rove and gine yarn,reduce the yarn damage and energy consumption.
7,Advance double dosing tank,shorten the process time,improve the working effciency.

2,DF241C-1200*9 means type DF241C with internal vat diameter of ø 1200mm and number of yarn wind of 9.
3,Standard yarn column is of diameter of ø48mm;triangle column of ø 30mm is for six-wind package dyeing machine only as optional.Other specifications of yarn columns are available as per needs.Quantity of yarn package is based on standard package of ø 165mm*165mm.Max load is calculated based on 1kg per package yarn.
